Home Again for a Moment

State Capitol Building in Jackson, Mississippi. It is often seen in Marshall Ramsey's cartoon in the local paper with screaming eagle on top. No luck today. It is a beautiful building. I took these shortly after getting my first DSLR (Nikon D100). Would love to get some shots of it inside once again.

Till later....

I think it is back open now. They remodeled parts of it or all of it and the Senate was going to convene there. From what I saw on the news, it was much prettier than the New Capitol's senate chamber. It needs a renovation! hah!

Actually I am wanting to go in to the New Capitol. I have only been in there once and i hope to have a new lens by then to work with than I will want to use along with the R1C1 flash gear I haven now. The "new" Old Capital is also on the list, but I like to push limits sometimes taking pictures in certain places.
